Wacky Kidz Policy

*All Rules and regulations are to ensure maximum comfort and fun during your party at Wacky Kidz(:*
60 CAPACITY in the venue. ($5 per person after 60, no more than 80) 

YOUR CHOICE Your scheduled time can be planned as using 15- 30min for set up and the remaining time can be
party time OR use the whole scheduled time as party time (set up during the party).
This ensures that the Wacky Kidz staff has the maximum time to clean and sanitize the venue before and after each party.
WE DEDICATE THE LAST 15 MINTUES PACKING FOOD ITEMS, DECORATIONS, AND TAKING PRESENTS TO
THE CAR. You're welcome to eat and drink until the end of your party(:
Wacky Kidz Staff Will Do All the
Clean Up.


ABSOLUTLEY NO GLASS NO CERAMIC ALLOWED IN THE VENUE. (Center pieces,
Any type of bowls, cake stands, picture frames, crockpot lids, etc).


NO ICE ALLOWED. Ice/water in ice chests cannot enter the venue. Cool your drinks overnight. Refrigerator
provided in the dinning area.(Accessible to all your guests).


Single Serving Drinks:
individual water bottles, can sodas & juice boxes. NO Dispensers, NO 3 liters, NO Gallons, NO Alcohol.

10 TABLE COVERS REQUIRED (6 foot rectangular tables). If table covers are not provided you can purchase
from WK for $2 (suggestion: open or unwrap tables covers so setting up is faster). Bring paper goods (plates,
napkins, utensils, lighter for candles, cake knife, etc.)


NO SPARKLING CANDLES NO MAGIC CANDLES ALLOWED. Please provide lighters for candles.
NO HELIUM TANKS, THUMBTACKS, STAPLES, OR CONFETTI ALLOWED. Nothing can be hung from the ceiling.
We do allow posters and banners to be placed on the walls. Please provide your own tape. Duct tape best
recommended.


ALL CHILDREN ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR SOCKS


Food Restrictions BECAUSE OF COVID-19 WE ARE ALLOWING OUR CUSTOMERS TO BRING IN THEIR OWN
PIZZA


Other Foods that are welcome: Chicken nugget platters, sandwiches, hot wings, chips, dips, veggie trays, fruit trays,
salad, hotdogs & hamburgers individually wrapped in foil. (No additional fees for these food items)

Food NOT Allowed: Ice Cream, Popcorn, bubblegum, beer/alcohol, onions, 2-3 liter beverages, and seafood.
ALL OTHER FOODS NOT LISTED NEED TO BE APPROVED. (additional fees may apply)

  • (All candy must be in a candy bag, piñata, or container. Candy cannot be laid out freely on tables. Bubblegum is not allowed

Piñata Cleaning Fee - $35.00 (15lbs. Not to exceed over) Bring your stick We provide the rope.
No Blind Folding the kidz Not Allowed!


Cancellation Policy; All Deposits are Non-Refundable. No Rescheduling. If you cancel your party within 14 days of
your party date a charge of your 50% of your remaining balance will not be refunded.

If you cancel your party within less than 7 days of your party all payments are non refundable.
Balance is due 14 days after your booking date, late payments after 14 days will be charged a late fee of $25. 

 

$25 late fee, if not paid a week after late fee, party will be cancelled if Wacky Kidz was not contacted. Any
Mandatory city shut down we reschedule your party.
